Inspired by the illuminated pages of the Book of Kells, Christmas Kells brings ancient Celtic imagery to life through color, pattern, and light.
Each piece of Celtic Art Glass begins as a hand-blown glass sphere made by fair-trade artisans in Bethlehem, Palestine. In Virginia, artist Mark O’Brien paints each sphere freehand, drawing on the intricate designs and rich symbolism of Celtic art.
